MiWay FAILS to honour POPI Act

Already considering to subscribe and pay a monthly fee for the iOS and Android app, TrueCaller, MiWay just pushed it over the limits of my frustration and made me subscribe.

Not only do the agents NOT take an instant "No, thank you, but I am not interested" (keeps persisting for that commission), after submitting a formal complaint on their website, MiWay FAILED to honour the POPI Act, Condition 8, Section 24 aka "The Right to be Forgotten", just keeps on calling and calling and calling.
