MiWay failing to help with a claim

<p>I've been a client of Miway for years now. I have my vehicle covered and pay my premiums monthly without fail. Yet when I claim for my damaged vehicle to be fixed, this insurance company is failing me. My vehicle was involved in an accident and I submitted my claim on Friday and was promised that someone would call me back to sort out my claim, no one has called me back since, they just sent a message stating that they have called me while I haven't received any call or voicemail from them. I am very frustrated with their service because even when I call their call centre, it takes forever to go through if it does. The chat function on the mobile app is just as bad. I've been a loyal client for over five years now and I expect better service for my money.</p>
