miway failing to follow correct procedure before making decision

hi, my car insured with miway for almost two years, so on the 28th of march 2018 a Bus driver bumped on my car,i was driving the car and i am the owner of the car, then a metro Cop arrived and did an accident report,i phoned miway and reported the matter, they asked if the car can still be driven or need to be towed, i told them it is fine to be driven, then they asked if i prefer to take in for assessment or send them pictures to be assessed, i clearly explained that the best way is to drive in for assessment so that that can check it thoroughly ,which i did the following day(29/03/2018),their assessor is a Panelbeater called trueway motors who are based in alrode, the assessor took pictures and told me i can leave, he will do everything with miway and i must hear from them about the outcome, then on the 3rd of April 2018 i got feedback from miway, they stated that my car has to be written off, which i don't agree, since there was no proper explanation on the email stating reasons why they want to write off my car, i forwarded the email to claims consultant request a report bout it, then on the 4th of april 2018, miway send me an email requesting pictures of damaged side/spot which occurred during the accident. 1.if miway request Photos now after taking a decision that they consider my car as a write off,why did i got their assessor? 2.why did the assessor take Photos of the car ? 3.why didn't they send me a proper report on why they consider my car as a write off? 4.Does miway follow their procedure when they make decisions? 5.if i didn't ask for report ,where they gonna ask the Photos from me?

miway must just give every cent they debited for the first day i joined them because they are ****** and they don't know what they are doing in the business.

unhappy client of miway, won't advise anyone to join them...never join miway people.
