MiWay failed to help for over 3 hours

Hi Everyone

So MiWay has a Name Drop option that you can use to refer someone, This system is internet based and I have been trying to name drop someone for close to 3 hours as my friend just purchased a car but needs insurance before she can drive the car out of the garage. Tried calling the call centre and none of the 3 people that I spoke to could help me with this problem. Maybe its best that my friend chooses another insurance company as MiWay is unable to help for 3 hours.
