Miway failed me

I am so disappointed with how Miway handled my claim. I have always paid my premiums on time with no issues. Upon claiming I submitted everything they needed and later my claim was approved. From there-on it has been story after story and I still don’t have my car after 2 months. Miway fails to check their third party companies who fix cars for their clients. It’s been two months I don’t have a car, I must take uber everyday to work and yet my premiums are still debited every month. After your car is handed over to the panel beaters MiWay just forgets about yo, you are literally on your own. If I knew this would happen, I would have certainly went with other service providers.
