Miway fail to cancel my premium and continued to deduct funds

I joined Miway a while ago. I found a better deal at Santam and found their services better. I tried to cancel my premium with Miway. They still have not done it and they kept on deducting funds from me. I get no reaction from them. I have send multiple emails, phoned them trying to cancel and get refunded and I get no response. They are quick to take your money but don't react when you want to move away. Very poor service!
