Miway fail me

Good day all Am so heart broken, miway insurance fail me, am paying for scratch and dent separately, so now accident happened. I was in woman in mining event, so it happened that someone hirt my car . I was not even there I don't know what really happened, I put I claim with miway my insurance they told me that the amount that needs to be pay is more than they suppose to pay for my car, it was R5 537 if am not mistaken. So I said to them I don't mind paying the difference, they said no, and they advice me to look for the quote, I did just that. Now the relevant department they don't want to approve on that quote which is R4 000.00.i really don't understand how they work, am very disappointed, so I don't think I can advise my friends and family to join miway, they really failing their clients. Am also gonna look for other insurance, am very disappointed in you people 😭😭😭😭.Think twice before joining miway insurance
