MiWay external service providers

I have always trusted Miway . This time their service provider- Renew-It let them down.

While I was initially disappointed with the service I got . .or should I say lack thereof ....when the Disputes Manager Siya stepped in , all came right...this man followed through to the very end ,until end.

This man , contacted me on weekends in his rest days and sent sms' after hours to reassure me I am a priority to him .

Thank you Siya and Team , you have been the silver lining in what started off as not so great experience.
