MiWay EXTEMELY Poor Service

It's been such a terrible and hurtful 5 months of agony in my life. I never thought i would be writing such bad reviews to MiWay as I have 3 cars insured with them but hail happened and now I have been taken from pillar to post for my car to get fixed and this breaks me apart as I have never put any claims since i started driving in 2006.

I've been told that all parts were received by the panelbeater and that they are busy repairing my car. To my surprise i got another call yesterday about a roof still not been sourced and this makes me angry as I am still paying the insurance and my car instalments and now my car is just parked at the panelbeater. This will cause another issue of a battery to not work as it has not been driven for some weeks and these are more costs to be incurred while the roof is still being sourced.

Please can you urgently assist or get someone from Miway to assist with this issue as it's now affecting my health.
