Miway Experience.... Andrew Fogwill

On the 30th April 2023, I had my 1st accident with my BMW 118. At the time I was insured with MIWAY insurance and I was assisted by Mr. Teboho Moloi to which certainly assisted me swiftly in towing my vehicle away and providing me with relevant steps forward. The assessor appoint then assessed my vehicle and wrote of the car due to the impactful damage resulted and cost implicated thereto. Miway then appointed a Senior Assessor/ Claims Validator by the name of Mr. Andrew Fogwill to which arranged an appointment to perform a one on one interview session of the incident thereof. Before Fogwill got to me he first went to the site of the incident and to the vehicle itself. He had then met me and performed the interview session, during the interview session unexpected he made me to call my wife to which was also in the vehicle at the time of the accident to validate her version to mine. After the finality of the intense interview session Mr. Fogwill told me that he will keep in touch on the outcome of the claim. The next day Mr. Fogwill called to inform me that the claim has been approved and requested relevant documentation for the vehicle so that the claim can be concluded. Within the next 2 - 3 working days the claim was paid out which made me a happy customer.

Due to my experience on my claim. I would like to recommend MIWAY to anyone who would want and need a reliable insurance that makes you feel safe and just doesn't deduct your money every month to disappoint you at a claims stage. From the client services to the claims advisors and then to the Senior Assessor. A JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!!!
