Well and friendly recieved by Consultant Ofentse Tshuduku which implemented my policy changes. Further assisted by a senior advisor, Mpho Rabele who finalised my policy in a professional manner. Only downside was the call time :) I am still happy after being with MiWay for 10 years now!
