MIWAY Excess repayment issues

I was involved in an accident in January 2019 I got all the help I needed on that day and the money was paid to my account without any hassle because I was the victim in this matter..but since then I have been waiting for my excess money refund ..every month am getting emails just to say Miway is working on it.now am very tired of this emails I need my money.... I was paying my premiums every month. I am pretty sure the damaged car was sold and miway made money out of it .after 5 months I am still being told miway is sending my case to their Attorneys what was happening all this time. what is it I was waiting for cause I thought the lawyers are dealing with this..this is not acceptable,, I need that money .being involved in an accident is not a child s play ,,,this means u loose ur paid up car and now u starting a new debt something I didn't plan so if myway is dragging their feet in helping me its very frustrating .. as a client if you miss a payment you 'll get phone calls and all so please do the right thing
