Miway: Excellent Service from Fabian Naidoo

I had my cellphone ****** at the end of November 2021. I then lodged a claim with Miway and I dealt with a gentleman called Fabian Naidoo. He is the epitome of excellence. He went out of his way to ensure that my claim was processed in a timeous manner. From engaging with Vodacom, giving me his personal cell number to liaise and constantly providing feedback. He would call to tell me that "There is no feedback from Vodacom, I am still waiting".

There are times one thinks of leaving a brand esp in insurance because its all ubiquitous and I can get the same for cheaper elsewhere. I would think twice about leaving now that I dealt with that gentleman.
