Miway excellent service delivered by Mokgadi

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident at 07h15 on the morning of the 16 February 2023. The Miway agent was quick and efficient in handling my call for emergency assistance. The towing service was on the scene very quickly to tow the vehicle away. By 09h38 I received an email that my claim was registered. The claims representative, Mokgadi processed my claim professionally and kept me informed constantly. On Friday the 17 February, Mokgadi informed me that my claim was approved. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Miway and in particular, Mokgadi. Well done on providing excellent service. Keep up the great work.
