Miway - Excellent service and customer satisfaction

I received my annual policy renewal and wasn't happy with the outcome. I then called miway and spoke to Kgahliso Sebesho who then referred me to his senior adviser, Mpho Rabele. I was quite impressed at his explanation on how exactly my portfolio was assessed and premiums recalculated(something I experienced for the first time from an insurance company). At the end of the call, my mind was at ease and to top it all, he managed to review and lower my premium to what I was originally paying. Definitely worth a good review in my opinion! Well done gentlemen, excellent work and thank you once again for saving me almost 30% on my monthly premiums.
