Miway excellent service

On the 20/02/19 my daughter had a breakdown in my car as I was on my way to work for a nightshift. I was in a panic as I was late for work, my boss was phoning me as I needed to be at work urgently and I was in no position to to help my daughter (my 1 small daughter, young son and 2 year old granddaughter was with her). I was in a state when I phoned Miway Roadside recovery for help but was immediately calmed down by the operator who handled the situation better than a true professional. Nobantu took my details down and assured me that help would be on its way shortly. She told me that I could leave my children where they were and that she would make sure that they get home safely. For the first time in my life I have trusted a total stranger and felt totally at ease about it. The vehicle was stuck in town and not out in a rural area or else I wouldn't have left my family like that, but even still I feel that they would have been well looked after as well anyway . Nobantu also kept on phoning me and kept me updated on the whole process. Wow, in this day and age to get such personal service from a total stranger is unheard of!!! Thank you Nobantu for being the wonderful person that you are, and thank you Miway for being there in my time of need. Nobantu you have totally restored my faith in humanity, well done!!!
