Miway excellent service
I would like to thank Miway Insurance, their agent Mr Victor N****eni his excellent service regarding my 2 claims. On 09 September 2022 I submitted 2 claims for my fridge which was damaged by power outage and another claim for spoiled food. Victor attended to my claims with distinction. Victor provided feedback timeously. On 13 September 2022, advised that Claims Department will provide feedback within 24 hours. On 14 September 2022, i received a call from Miway advising me that both claims were approved and they will arranging for Claims Card to be delivered. Thanks Miway for sterling service. Victor keep up the good work keep flying Miway flag high.
