MiWay Exceeded my expectations.
This morning, 05/11/2019 I received a call from Gloria Mngomezulu from MiWay who contacted me after I made a "call-back Request" as I wanted to ask that they reduce my access fee on my vehicle Insurance. I have been with MiWay for 9 years and as a loyal customer I was not satisfied with my access fee. Gloria then put me through to the her Senior Mr Mpho Rabele who gave me good news that made my 2019.
Mpho not only reduced my access fee to the amount I requested but he also reduced my monthly premium.
Thank you MiWay, you exceeded my expectations. Cheers to 9 years and beyond.
I thought you'll do things MiWay buy YOUR way became even better. thank you for the amazing team.
