Miway enough is enough

I do not know what is Miways problem as the only time i get a call is when i go public on HelloPeter. I was promised last week that the documentation for me to complete would be here today and the rented vehicle would also be sorted, well, well to no surprise nothing again. It is not the courier company who must get me the vehicle and not only for 4 days it is Miway and for a month, if i did not go to Hellopeter on the 6th May 2021 about the payment of my vehicle as it was the last day of the rental i would still today not have had any feedback, it took me over 50 calls to find out about my vehicle and i had no return call or any customer service what so ever, only after i went to Hellopeter did i get a response which was already to late. Miway you owe me a vehicle until i have my own vehicle as it seems you are not prepared to get off your behinds and sort the matter out you just make false promises and quick to blame another company instead of yourself who is the real culprit. i am going to Avis tomorrow and Miway you will make sure that i have a vehicle for a month or until i have the money in the bank and a car to drive with. i am tired of excuses and now will be going to the Ombudsman and the lawyer as i have now had enough. i am demanding all the money back for the past few years that i have been paying you even if i must go to court for it so be it plus you pay me the cost of the vehicle that you wrote off as you are quick to take my money but to slack to satisfy the customer. i will now be seeking a better insurance company who HAS GOT CUSTOMER CARE AND SATISFACTION.
