MiWay empty promises

MiWay does not stick to their Promise regarding 3rd Party Claims. 2 years there was an incident. It dragged out for a year before they went quiet and eventually I received a letter of demand. They move from 0-100 in terms of action with no in between. After them contacting me daily we had agreed on the following:

1. I would pay the access 2. They would provide me with the evidence to go through.

I did my part and since then they had gone quiet with no response to any emails or requests for evidence. If I had known that this is how they operate I’d never have signed up with them.

I’m asking for someone to reach out to me because Mthokozisi Mathenjwa is not bothered to send me the information requested.
