Miway emergency not really an emergency platform

This communication i recieved from the consultant regarding his rude and disrespectful conduct with me over the phone this morning. "Aron Sirwali: I have requested someone to call you. It's just that we are in the emergency department and we need to be quick on our calls as we too busy due to rain around Gauteng." So it not about the service it about being quick. Am still waiting for the call. Miway emergency derpartment.
