Miway emergency assistance

This happed today at 12:20, had a accident another driver beat a red traffic light and collided with my car and as i was on the scene i received a call from tracking company asking if i am okay as they have received a impact allert from my vihicle and they got me incontact with Miway emergency assist, i spoke a guy named Bradley and he took me through what needs to be done, seconds onto that call he told me a gentle who jusr arrived at the scene will tow my car to safety, i was not even aware there is a tow service guy nearby,he showed me the Miway athorisation email to tow the car with my details on it and i was sorted. Though its a holiday i did not expect this quick reaction from MiWay, the Miway consultant was so understanding and took me through the way of proceeding from there. . . .am very happy and suprising enough they did give a service they promised.
