After speaking to a very rude Miway representative last week, today i received a follow up call from Latisha who received my contact details from Tsepo (cool guy) and she promptly assisted me with my query and also provided really good client service resulting in me remaining with Miway Insurance. Thank you Latisha for your assistance and professionalism , also remember its fine to address a client on first name basis when permitted either way keep up the great work.
