MiWay early debits leaving me without funds.

So MiWay decided to inconvenience me in the worst possible way today through an early debit which left my account in the negative and bank charges on top of that because my Bank honoured the debit, without even prior notification. Now I have no funds should I have an emergency between now and my original and agreed upon debit date ill be stranded. And I have bank charges (Honoring fee) that got charged to me for their faux pas. Now I have to send bank statements to them for me to be refunded for their mistep WHICH SHOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENDED IF THEY STUCK TO THE AGREED UPON DEBIT DATE. The debit date doesn't fall on a weekend nor does it fall on a public holiday so what the hell!!!!!

To exacerbate my woes even more, transactions which were done before this early debit and banked after the early debit also have honouring fees charged on them. Now I have R300 less to my name in bank charges all thanks to your early debit. 🚮🚮🚮🚮
