Miway dragging their feet to sort my claims out

I called in to make a claim on 17 May and had to make a second claim the same week. Having not claimed in about 3 years, I had no idea the service had fell off this badly. It's 1 July and I still have not had my claims finalised. Tried to call and use their chat and I'm still awaiting a resolution. Very disappointing.
