MiWay dragging my appeal

<p>I never thought I'd be one to write an insurance review. I submitted my claim on 28 February 2016, after a lengthy process it was then rejected on Friday, April 8th 2016. I then submitted an appeal on Tuesday, April 12th 2016; which was acknowledged a day short of 2 weeks. I was promised (in writing) a response by end of business day, May 4th when I called the following day I was informed that the turn around time is 2 weeks from date of a acknowledgment. It's now been over 2 weeks and me correspondence to the ***igned Dispute Resolution Officer hasn't been acknowledged nor responded to. I suppose he needs another 2 weeks to acknowledge its receipt before providing me with the much needed response. </p> <p> </p> <p>If someone had warned me about MiWay Insurance I would've continued using a broker. It's expensive but less the admin stress. </p>
