Miway dragging feet to assess an accident damgaed vehicle

Myway lies that their claims are quick you have to constantly call them yourself otherwise your vehicle will wallow for days without being assessed was send from pillar to post to arrange for a simple assessment, how do they expect to pay for the claim when they take ages to find out whats wrong with my vehicle. 4 vehicles on my policy and they treat me like garbage its just disheartening. Never trust MiWay they lie! Will definitely change them after this circus, what they want are premiums, claims naah!
