Miway doesn't wanna pay me for dropping a name

Very disappointed with miway, they are claiming that when we claim online we get our access reduced however they know their system hangs and doesn't give correct options in the process of claiming. In December 2018 I was doing my claim online it didn't go through in a process the consultant called and they are claiming that since I didn't finish it online it doesn't apply. Secondly I just did dropped down name getting them a client who took policy because I gave him nice review about miway,the link was sent to his email and in the process it hanged and didn't give us options we wanted, kept on kicking us out timed out in the process the cosultant called and helped with a policy. Now one of their consultants says im not getting the R1000 of dropping name because i didn't finish application online. I feel like miway is fooling us with this online thing just to make us get clients for them that's a shame.
