Miway doesn't seem to care
Difficult to get assistance. Called in on Monday to advise of a leak emanating from geyser. I provided all the details and specifically mentioned the plumber needs to bring a long ladder. I also provided photographs displaying the height of my house to ensure the plumbers are aware and come prepared. Since Monday 2 different plumbing companies have come out yet neither of them came prepared with ladders and neither of them were able to assist. So the problem persists.
