Miway doesn't pay out.

My experience with Miway is a great disappoint. I will never advise anyone to get insurance with miway, i was involved in a car accident on 19th of March 2021 and my car wa written off, I've been calling them to find out when are they going to pay off the money and the keep on telling me that the person who is supposed to process the claim will call me back but she doesn't call me, the other time some consultant said she was on leave... It's almost 3 months since I lodged a claim and they have debited consecutive 3 months since with no failure and my car finance is doing the same coz they haven't paid. Do we really have to wait for someone to come back on leave so we can be settled....? I am very disappointed with your service.
