Miway doesn't pay claims

Don't insure with miway they find ways not to honor claims, i submitted a claim last year in November and miway declined it saying at the time of the incident i was speeding and they solely depended on my tracking device, i then went to check my tracker records and it was different to the report that they have, i highlighted this to them and then they changed their stance/reason for declining and said they are now declining based on me overtaking on an high rise, i went further and reported this to the ombudsman and it's almost 6 months not hearing anything from the ombudsman, so just becareful with miway they find ways not to pay claims.
