MiWay doesn’t have a designated general inquiries line, only sales and claims queries. Ended up speaking to a consultant from claims, Rahil Kalika. Wow, I was blown away by how patient and helpful he was, even though I was in the wrong department. I am not a fan of call centers, I’ve had many bad experiences, but this encounter was a breath of fresh air- He is a great example for what Excellent Customer Service looks like! My query was resolved and I managed to recover what was lost. Thank you Rahil!
