MiWay doesn't care about clients

I am unhappy with the service I have received from MiWay. The chronology of events is as follows: I was involved in an accident on the 18th of November which wasn't my fault, the taxi driver crossed into my lane at high speed. I lodged the claim on the scene and the MiWay consultant (Aron) was extremely helpful and compassionate. He authorised towing and emergency services within minutes and gave me a phone call a few hours later to check on my well being. I was very impressed with his personal touch. On 19th November, the Claim was allocated to a claims consultant, Ms Galo Boikanyo and the assessors were notified. On 21st November, the assessment was concluded and the car was written off. I received a call from Ms Boikanyo informing me that Miway will pay the retail value of the vehicle minus the excess. At this point, I thought it was going to take just a few days at most. On 22nd November I sent the car registration certificate and NCO form to Miway through Postnet as advised by Ms Boikanyo who said she is doing the validation and also waiting for the car to be moved to the salvage yard. The claim has been in the "waiting for the car to be moved to auction nation" stage for two weeks now. Each time I have to follow up in order to receive an update from the Claims advisor whose phone is never answered. Yesterday (10 December) I received the following email from the claims advisor after enquiring, "Good day. The car is delivered to auction nation, they will send the confirmation then I will send the claim to management for approval." - No indication of how long this is going to take, judging by the events of the last two weeks I wouldn't hold my breath. I must say, I have always received good service from Miway and at every given opportunity I encourage people to insure with them. Even on the accident scene, a number of onlookers were impressed with the way they responded. However, if the claims process is anything to go-by and how Miway treat their clients, then I would be happy to insure my next vehicle elsewhere.
