MiWay does the insurance their way NEVER your way!

My house was burgled, when I was still covered by this insurance company. And a claim was sent through to MiWay and the claim assessor I came for assessment of the claim. And it's been 3 months now, and this claim is still on-going. And I don't know how many times did I ask him, the claim assessor to bring back my TV so that I can go and fix it for the damages that occurred during the burglary. And I got a call from MiWay's suppliers, asking me to drive more than hundred Kilometers to come collect the TV, So that I can go fix it myself even though they are the ones that took it from my house. Till now the TV is not in my position. MiWay have actually contributed to my ordeal, And I don't even know the current condition of my TV.
