MiWay does NOT want to pay out!

Being in business I try not to complain about other business cause we all have bad days or something similar where a client would have a bad experience.

...but this has gone too far now!

Imagine submitting a claim in March 2026 now 6 months later, I'm still calling them asking what's happening with my claim. Today I called and told they are reviewing (evaluating) the payment cause there are extras... what extras??? I never said there were extras.

Every time I'm told of reviews, the payout is less. I wonder if they waiting for the value to be negative then I owe them!

By the way they had already said on another claim I didn't categorise an Uber vehicle correctly... it's not a taxi they said!
