Miway does not pay out on claims-use another insurer

Be very weary of Miway Insurance , have household or car insurance with them. Paying my monthly subscriptions and then had a claim for a precast wall that was damaged and ready to fall over, called before it happened, they sent their assessors out that measured the whole wall instead of the slabs and post only where the damage was on 2 post and slabs went back must have given the quote for the whole wall , anyways got my quotes cost me R2500 miway rejected the quote to to wear and tear!!! such a small amount what happens when my roof of my house should blow off will not be covered for sure WEAR AND TEAR !!LMAO what a joke stingy to pay out R2500 what about millions, rather use another insurer !!! better safe then sorry !!
