Miway does not pay claims - the claim was reported March 2018 - Claim number C941267

My am an aggrieved customer as they have not paid claim when they advertise that they pay claims and yet the claim was reported in March 2018 and up to now they have not paid. For the record, the car parked at a complex was hit by a Miway Client and he reported and agreed that he was in the wrong. However he logged the claim with Miway Insurance and this is 2019 not paid
