Miway does not do things Miway

I had a claim that went horribly wrong. After chatting to a manager in claims I was informed that the agent did not follow the process correctly and my claim was finalised within 2 days after i had a fit.<br> I then chose to cancel because this was a small claim and what would happen if I had a big claim.<br> <br> I processed my cancellation and Miway tried to force me to stay on 1 more month because of terms stated in the document. I challenged this as it is my understanding that FIAS allows the client to cancel such services when they wish to. Even mid-month. Due to the risk of being with a company like Miway i chose to move onto a greener pastures and would rather pay an additional R400 a month knowing that Im covered and some agent wont mess up my claim at Miway.<br> <br> My cancellation was processed and I was sent confirmation and informed that my cover will end on the morning of 01/11.<br> Last night Miway takes a debit out of my account that does not even relate to anything I had covered.<br> So you have access to my account details and you will simply debit me as you please.<br> Awesome.
