Miway does not do insurance our way!

I am disgusted in Miway insurance! They claim to do insurance our way by having 'wedrive' assistance for when we've had too much to drink to get us home safely but today, on New Year's Eve when everyone has had one too many, I thought my insurance would be there for me instead I'm told they can't help me because there are no more drivers available! So now I must risk my life driving home drunk because they don't care enough to cater to their clients' needs and do what they claim they will when you need a sober driver! You'd think they'd go above and beyond during the peak season to ensure there are enough drivers and to ensure their clients' safety but no! They politely just abandon me when I need them the most. I'm changing my insurance tomorrow, Miway can go to hell!
