Miway does not Care

I pity those who wants to join this company. On 1 February 2024 I registered a claim for keys and phone locked in a car, I used a stranger s phone to register out a claim. I stated categorically that the phone I am using wont be long with me and I thought everything was captured. I gave them an address and even stated that the incident happened at the same place which it happened last time.

We agreed that they will send a LockSmith or key man at the same address since I do not have a phone, I waited for an hour , 2 hours ,3 hours and the whole night. With food inside the car. 0n 2 February 2024 I then called again, There is a lady called Nkhesani Rikhotso under Ri**** Kruger. She just decided to put me on hold while I was complaing.

MIway will never rescue you in emergency situation. Never ever. This company might be cheap but will never attend to your problems.
