I received excellent service from Teboho Thebehadi. The plumber you sent was friendly, patient and professional. Thank you for allowing me to reach out to you directly - The reason I did was because I remember how effectively you resolved my mom's home assist issue, under her policy. I must stress that on the phone you are cheerful and professional, you made me feel valued and important. You were committed to assisting me, and this is why, even though your home-assist vendors have let us down before, I know that MiWay will always be on our side and do things "My Way". This is why all my family members (4) are insured with MiWay also. I am a very difficult and needy client but yet MiWay somehow always sorts out my emergencies with style and a touch of valor! I have 2 houses, 2 cars, mobile items, house hold content and few other items insured with Miway, so being with a good insurance company is critical to me, and my personality type (OCD & demanding :))
