MiWay does it again!!

I called MiWay yesterday to request a cancellation of my mom's policy.<br> Selina assisted with my request, and she was so efficient and professional in handling my call...<br> Cancelled the insurance, took the initiative to cross-sell funeral cover (which she explained in detail), AND...managed to lower my premium!<br> <br> All I can say is that in the 5yrs that I've had a policy with them, they have never disappointed.<br> Recognition goes a long way, and she highlighted that I have a clean profile, and also advised that I was due for a cash back reward later on in the year.<br> <br> I mean, who else does that?? Keep it up guys - I truly am floored by your service!!!<br> <br> A very happy customer :)
