MiWay does an incomplete job on a accident claim

I put in claim with MiWay for my son's vehicle which was damaged on the sides, underneath and on the tyres. East Rand Moto Lab called to say the vehicle was ready for collection, I paid the excess and when I arrived, the body of the vehicle was not even touched for repairs. the pictures that Victor Pinheiro took clearly show the damage on the body and underneath. I dealt with Tshepo Moeketsi in the claims department who just forwarded the pictures from Victor and when I spoke to the Claims manager, Eunica Van Leeuwen , she agreed that she could see the damage on the body and would investigate why the repairs were not done. the vehicle has been with the panel beater for a whole month and still incomplete!<br> when I called Victor he raised his voice and told me he can't remember the vehicle and that he assesses 12 vehicles a day and I must just call the call centre!
