Miway disgusting account handling

I have canceled a car insurance with miway and has been a year but they are still appearing on my credit record that I am paying an insurance which is affecting my score. I AM ACTUALLY DISGUSTED WITH THEM, I USED TO RATE THE COMPANY AS A GREAT ONE AND EVEN AFTER I LEFT I STILL FELT THE SAME BUT AFTER THEIR INCOMPETENCE I MUST SAY THIS IS HORRIBLE, IF THIS IS A PLOT TO ADD THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE AN INSURANCE WITH THEM FOR THEIR BOOKS THEN I MUST SAY I AM DISGUSTED. MIWAY PLEASE REMOVE THAT INFORMATION FROM MY RECORD BECAUSE I HAVE NOT BEEN WITH YOU GUYS FOR OVER A YEAR. I NEED FEEDBACK ON THIS ASAP.
