Miway disappoints every time!

Stay far away from miway if you value your sanity, health and finances They choose the worst service providers that have no clue what they are doing. You will be without your car for months on end and when you tell them what's wrong with your car they will choose to ignore you and 100% believe their service provider is legitimate which they are not. They are very quick to take their monthly insurance fee and to increase it with rediculous amounts no problem... But when it comes to helping the client they don't care. It's perfectly fine with them for you to have to pay thousands of rands for car hire because they have your car for weeks on end with Nobody so much as looking at your vehicle. They dont care about the terrible circumstances they leave you in because they got their money so why should you be a priority for them at all. They had my car for 6 months. When I got it back I told them something was wrong they again had my car for weeks I got the car back and as I told them there was something wrong they chose to ignore and then my car completely broke down. No it's been yet another 2 weeks with no answer as to what's happening with my car when I'm going to get it back absolutely nothing from them sorry that's what you get from them
