MIWAY DISAPPOINTMENT

Disappointing treatment by MIWay. I met an accident on the 18 May 2022. My wife was with me in the car when i lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle went off the road and knocked into wall. We both were not badly hurt. But the car sustained damages. Firstly, Mi-way assessors said that the damages were too much and my vehicle has to written off. i sent the damage report to 2 other panel beaters and they both said that the vehicle can be fixed for less than R65000. I sent the quote from one of the panel beaters to Miway on the 27 May 2022 and was then told the next day that this quote has being accepted. Since that day until now - i still do not know what is happening. all i am told when i call is that the validator will call me to finalise. I AM STILL WAITING AND MY CAR IS STILL WAITING TO BE REPAIRED AND THIS PANEL BEATER IS WAITING. MiWay is definitely not MY WAY.
