Miway did things my way even when cancelling cover

Just call in to cancel my car insurance, I must say they still did things my way even when I was cancelling my cover. I spoke to Phemelo Khonou who is a senior advisor, I explained to him why I was cancelling he listen to my reasons and didn't try to convince me otherwise. He gave advice that they can keep my profile active in case I bought another car(which is on the plans) so that I don't start from scratch when applying for cover and I also kept my accident cover which was part of my insurance cover (R50 covers me for R100 000).
