Miway did not fix my car, instead it came back with a sound

Had an accident last year an Miway took my car to Farber coachworks. Received the car back but noticed a sound with a day of the car being back.Miway is saying that this is caused by something else other than the car accident, but my car had no sound before the accident. I am beyond disappointed in Miway by taking by car, wig I had fixed it somewheree else. Please do not allow Miway to fix your car, they will bring it bacj and something else will be damaged. I myself have 2 emails to Farber coachworks 2 days later after I received the car telling them about thd sound. Apparently, they only fixed the bonnet and did not check/do any mechanical work. I am very surprised why Miway did not check the car as a whole after the accident and only did bodywork. Are they not supposed to check everything? very concerning a Black female in South africa why this Miway would take advantage of me this way. I highly do not recomment it, you will be frustrated. They do not even call you back or communicate via emails. You will call using your own airtime then passed down to every call center person. Even Palesa Kekana the person that was assigned to me does not even communicate. I have to call her myself all the time, then her collegue told me Palesa will call me back with 2 hours but whole time shes on leave?? how am I a fool.
