Miway did it my way

As with most companies my car and household insurance policy was up for renewal and premiums would have increased. I called in to the call centre and after being referred to the Senior at the call centre was pleasantly surprised when Buhle Nkuna literally did flik flacks and jumped oceans for me to ensure that my premiums have been reviewed much to my delight a better premium than before. Buhle, you are fantastic and so friendly and professional. I felt like I was speaking to a friend. You certainly went more than out of your way to do things my way ;)
