MIWAY DESPICABLE INSURERS

MiWay is a, sister company to SANTAM.Consumers,out there, please cancel your insurance with these companies. We have lodged a buildings claim 2 months ago, the calibre of assessors, MiWay sends, are clueless, ***********, lack rationale. Their stupidity is embarrassing of how they attempt to explain the issues we are experiencing. MiWay is the worst insurers. They should learn from Outsurance or AnG, Old Mutual, etc. They repudiating a valid visible damage claim. For those who have especially buildings cover please cancel your policies and go with a larger more reputable entity. They do not return calls, they treat people disrespectfully, they are cheating you out of the premiums, absolute appalling services and their useless, assessors come up with the most stupid ridiculous reasons to explain the reason for damages. Do yourselves a huge favour cancel, cancel, Cancel. My complaint is now being escalated to the Ombud.
